Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. – Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV)
Living it out
Hope Church desires to bring glory to God by making disciples. We believe that each one of us is God’s disciple who is called to live out Christ’s mission. As a disciple, we share God’s love and good news with others in every relationship, every moment, and every way we can. We value blessing others, serving, teaching God’s Word, and building relationships with those who may not know God. Every day God sends us out in our own cities and neighborhoods, just as he does our missionaries.
Serving others together
At Hope we value investing in the local community and partner with organizations, social workers, and ministries to provide opportunities to serve. We work with the community to support schools, host blood drives, tutor adults and children, serve an area homeless shelter, and work with social services to improve the quality of life for children in need.
China, Peru, Congo, and Bulgaria are a few places where Hope Church impacts God’s kingdom globally. From helping to rebuild homes in areas of destruction to providing relief and hope to orphans, there is a place for everyone to serve. We also support missionaries currently serving overseas and at home.
