Family Recipe – Disciple Making 2.0
Mark Twain said “The two most important days in your life are when you are born and the day you find out why.” I find that most people don’t know the “big why” of their existence. We know the “why” of daily living; make money, tadalafil enjoy life, there have fun, online etc. but not the ultimate “why”.
But as Christ-followers it is so clear. Paul put it this way, ”In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory”. Ephesians 1:11-12
And for us as a church we’ve framed it this way our mission is “Bringing glory to God by making disciples” Today we will look at the “normal” process of making disciples that comes out of the pattern of Jesus and the early disciples. A pattern that has continued since the conception of God’s people called “The Church”
