Sometimes we miss seeing things that are in plain sight. Something blocks our “view.” Maybe it is our preoccupation with something else. Maybe it is our lack of focus. Maybe it is a distraction. Zachariah, doctor a little known player in the Christmas story, mind almost missed seeing the greatest event of his lifetime; even though it was in plain sight. We will spend a few weeks during month of December trying to learn from his experience so we don’t miss God’s gifts that are hidden in plain sight.
