This morning some friends received sad news, viagra sale their grandma had passed away. Strangely, it was news my kids were a bit excited about because these friends have a dog and the dog is on his way to our house for a few days while the family travels to the funeral.
Abby is helping teach the 4-5 year old group at church on Sunday Mornings. She really enjoys assisting in the class and the fact that she can serve in this role.
Abby is really excited about dog sitting Bolt, our friends puppy. Then she connected that Bolt is from a family that has a child who is a part of her group on Sunday morning. Quickly she said, “We need to pray for her tomorrow morning during our group.” She has mentioned praying for our friends family several times in the last 10 minutes as she watches out the window waiting.
What a great picture of how groups can work. Abby will practically serve the family as she watches their puppy for a few days. She will also serve the family as she prays for them. And, my guess is, she will be feel more connected to this pre-school girl as a result of this. Groups are an incredible place for relationships to happen, to live life together.
