Tim and Nancy Navratil

EFCA Costa Rica  Tim and Nancy live in San Jose, Costa Rica. Tim’s serves on the Division Leadership Team with ReachGlobal. In this role he provides leadership to the Latin America Caribbean Division of ReachGlobal including setting vision, organizing division wide meetings and retreats, facilitating prayer strategy and managing crisis response in the region. He also supervises and coaches the city team leaders and two other staff in Latin America. He often travels to the various locations to meet with and minster to staff at least once per year. Nancy is a member of the San Jose City Team and is still trying to find a ministry she can plug into with her limited Spanish ability. At this time she helps lead a women’s Bible study and teaches ESL with a partner ministry.
