The Bliss family lives in Sofia, Bulgaria where they serve with EFCA ReachGlobal.  Their ministry is to live in obedience to Christ by making disciples of all nations and building the Church into the healthy bride of Christ that it’s intended to be. They do this through teaching, prayer, and above all, loving others in a country uniquely positioned to reach people from all over the world. Dave is also a member of the ReachGlobal Europe Division Leadership Team and supervises several other ministries in Europe.
